John Redwood MP has welcomed the news that schools in England are set to benefit from record funding as England’s core school budget reaches almost £60 billion in 2024-25 – its highest ever level in real terms – with Wokingham set to benefit from a total funding increase of £6,294,848 in 2024-25

John Redwood MP has welcomed the arrival of the Winter Fuel Payments and Pensioner Cost of Living Payments for pensioner households in Wokingham worth up to £600, as part of the Conservative Government’s record £104 billion cost of living support package.

E-scooters are increasingly being used as a mode of transport despite the fact that it is illegal to use a privately-owned e-scooter on public roads, pavements and in public spaces like parks and waterfronts.
