We call on Wokingham Borough Council to oppose the inclusion of Church Farm as a site for housing in the Local Plan.

Bewley Homes is promoting land at Church Farm for the development of 350 houses. This site is unsustainable due to the lack of local services. It is a significant part of the landscape, and the development of this land would cause great harm to Finchampstead.
